Looking at your photos I believe that you have a finger print on the lens of your camera...if you take a very soft LINT-FREE cloth as one might us on a pair of glasses you could gently polish that smudge away...I am only talking about the outside lens....never open the camera and try to clean any lenses or devices inside the camera...defiently take it to a camera repair place for that...
